Oak Island Fishing Charters has lost all of the past fishing reports so hang with us please.  We updated our website so we are going to start fresh fishing reports starting now at the beginning of the season.  Oak Island Fishing Charter is serving Oak Island NC, Bald Head Island NC, Southport NC and Holden Beach call now so you can join the excitement.

Oak Island Fishing Charters has been fishing from the backwater to bluewater during the month of April catching a little of everything.  The offshore fishing has been producing Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna and Mahi.  While we are offshore the “jigging” has been great catching Amberjacks and Blackfin Tuna.  Over the weekend the nearshore fishing has been producing Black Bass and Bluefish.  Then you round the corner and get to pull on some Red Drum while fishing in the backwater behind Bald Head Island.  Grouper Season opens May 1st so get ready we still have a few days open.  Thanks see you on the water.
